Suzanne FINCH williams

Suzanne's career in luxury real estate spans over three decades. She earned her undergraduate degree in 1983 from UC Berkeley followed by a Master's degree from MIT's prestigious Center for Real Estate in 1986. A proud member of Christie's Masters Circle since 2019, she brings unparalleled expertise to the industry.
As a licensed Broker in both Idaho and California, Suzanne offers consulting expertise and professional representation to those navigating property marketing or seeking advice on strategic purchases.
Suzanne is known for unwavering integrity, in-depth market knowledge, marketing savvy, and her effective communication and negotiation skills. NOAH HENDRICKS

A native of the Pacific Northwest, Noah relocated to Blaine County in 2012. He began his real estate career in Washington State in 2005, where he trained under one of the region’s leading luxury agents. This early experience provided him with a strong foundation in high-end property representation and a refined, client-first approach to service.
In 2017, Noah partnered with Suzanne Williams, and together they quickly established themselves as one of the top-producing teams in the Wood River Valley. His consistent performance and market leadership have earned him recognition within the Christie’s International Real Estate network, including his induction into the Christie’s Master Circle and, most recently, selection to the Christie’s International Real Estate Council — an invitation-only group composed of approximately 30 top-performing agents across Christie’s global network.
Over the past five years, Noah and Suzanne have closed more than $550 million in sales, representing some of the region’s most notable properties. Noah is deeply passionate about the art of luxury real estate, advising a discerning clientele with a discreet, strategic, and white-glove approach.
What continues to drive Noah is the belief that a property is far more than a transaction — it is an experience, a legacy asset, and an investment in a lifestyle defined by quality, intention, and enduring value.
