Since partnering in 2017, Suzanne Williams and Noah Hendricks have represented many of the Wood River Valley's most notable properties. They have closed more than $550 million in sales over the past five years.
The team represents buyers and sellers of luxury homes, resort and commercial properties in Ketchum, Sun Valley, Warm Springs, Elkhorn and throughout Blaine County. Both are Christie's Masters Circle members and sit on the invitation-only Christie's Council, 30 agents chosen from a global network of more than 10,000.

Suzanne Williams has closed over $1.5 billion in sales since she was licensed in Idaho in 1993. She is co-founder and Broker/Owner of Sun Valley Real Estate, Idaho's exclusive Christie's International Real Estate affiliate. She has been a member of the Christie's Masters Circle since 2019 and was selected for the inaugural Christie's Council in 2026.
Suzanne earned her undergraduate degree from UC Berkeley in 1983 and a Master's degree from MIT's Center for Real Estate in 1986. As a licensed broker in Idaho and California, she also advises clients on property marketing and strategic purchases.
Clients know Suzanne for her integrity, deep knowledge of the Sun Valley market, marketing expertise and skilled negotiation. They also rely on the professional network she has built over three decades.
NOAH HENDRICKS

Noah Hendricks began his real estate career in Washington State in 2005, training under one of the Pacific Northwest's leading luxury agents. He moved to Blaine County in 2012 and partnered with Suzanne Williams in 2017. Together they quickly became one of the top-producing teams in the Wood River Valley.
Noah is a member of the Christie's Masters Circle and was selected for the inaugural Christie's Council in 2026. He advises clients with a discreet, strategic, white-glove approach. He believes a property is far more than a transaction: it is an experience, a legacy asset and an investment in a lifestyle defined by quality and enduring value.

In February 2026, Suzanne and Noah were selected for Christie's International Real Estate's inaugural Council. The Council is an invitation-only group of 30 top-producing agents, chosen from a global network of more than 10,000, who together represent over $8 billion in annual sales.
At the Council's first gathering in Chicago, members from the world's leading luxury markets met to discuss market trends, strategy and the future of ultra-luxury real estate. Membership recognizes more than sales. It reflects how agents elevate the Christie's brand, interpret the market and serve clients in the most discerning markets.
